Switch between HDMI inputs and send the output to separate displays with this 8x8 8K60 HDMI 2.1 Matrix Switcher with Scaler and Audio De-Embedder from BZBGear. Boasting HDMI 2.1a and audio de-embedding support, this high-performance switcher features eight HDMI inputs and eight HDMI outputs that handle resolutions up to 8K60 with 4:4:4 chroma subsampling and support for various flavors of HDR.
The unit is designed for professional video applications, but it is also ideal for gaming thanks to its support for 4K resolution at up to 120 Hz, which provides reliable imaging with reduced motion blur during fast-paced games. The audio de-embedding function allows users to extract audio from any of the HDMI sources and route that signal to their preferred, external audio system via the integrated analog and digital audio outputs.
Multiple methods of control include IR, using the included IR remote control, front-panel buttons, and RS-232 or TCP/IP via Web GUI. The unit's advanced EDID management features, which ensure wide compatibility with different display devices, can further be adjusted, along with accurate mapping and network settings using the RS-232 connectivity options.
