The 1017MT NeoTech Plus Over-Ear Headset from Califone features a wired 6' cable with a 3.5mm TRRS plug for use with computers, mobile devices, and smartphones equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack. The headset is suited for use in a variety of remote learning, digital classroom, and educational applications, including computer labs, online assessments, and language testing.
Over-ear earcups house the 40mm drivers and help to reduce outside noise. Their durable, rugged ABS plastic construction won't shatter into potentially dangerous shards, and the earpads can be replaced when worn out or damaged.
The 1017MT sports an electret condenser microphone tailored for clear speech reproduction. The mic capsule features a cardioid pickup pattern that focuses audio capture on the wearer�helping to reduce unwanted background sound in noisy environments. The mic folds up and out of the way when not in use.
The 6' CaliTuff cable is made of braided, PVC-jacketed material designed to resist chewing, cutting, and separating to provide long-lasting use even in tough classroom settings, while an in-line control allows for volume adjustment. For hygienic storage, the 1017MT includes a heavy-duty plastic resealable bag with a label area.
