camRade CAM-RAINCVR-HANDHELD Overview
Protect your large, handheld, JVC, Sony, Panasonic, or Canon broadcast camera from inclement weather with this weatherproof Universal rainCover from camRade. The rainCover protects your camera without inhibiting access to the controls, ports, shoe mount, LCD display, battery, or handgrip. Made from waterproof fabric, it keeps wind and rain from causing damage to your camera and has openings that reduce the chance of the camera overheating by allowing hot air to escape. It allows you to comfortably handhold the camera or mount it onto a tripod without interference.
The rainCover uses zippers and a hook-and-loop fastener strap to enclose and protect your camera, and it wraps tightly around the lens hood. It has vinyl windows to keep controls and settings visible while they are protected. Once the weather clears up, the entire rainCover can be folded and packed into the included waterproof zippered pouch.
