Butterflies & Overheads are large fabric scrims, diffusers, reflectors or opaque fabric panels used for dimming, softening, bounce lighting and shading, respectively. They are usually square and mounted on yoke or stand supported frames.
Materials available: Single Scrim, Double Scrim, Full Cloth, 1/2 Grid Cloth, 1/4 Grid Cloth, Silver/Gold and White/Black.

What can you say, it does the diffusion job it was designed for.
Excellent though get two!
Useful but when it arrives you will immediately want a second one!
Nice panel system
I started off with a 24 Pro Panel set, and then I got a few extra fabrics to add flexibility. This particular panel is great for diffusing direct sunlight outdoors (or strong sunlight coming through a window). The fabrics are nice and high quality. The frames are very easy to put together. The frames are perhaps slightly more difficult to take apart because you have to fight the shock cord a little bit, but it's probably worth it because you know you won't lose any of the pieces. I'm happy with pretty much every Chimera product I've tried.
