Enjoy clear remote conversations and conference calls with the Wired Headset from Dell. The headset can be plugged into a desktop or laptop computer, where the noise-canceling boom mic can be used to pick-up your voice clearly during remote calls with friends, family, or co-workers. The headset is Zoom and Microsoft Teams certified and works with a host of softphones and UC platforms. Softphone Compatibility
This headset is compatible with most UC platforms and softphone clients, but is optimized for Microsoft Teams with a dedicated Teams button on the in-line remote control.

A built-in light in the in-line remote control lets you know your status. It will indicate whether you're on a call or muted.
In-Line Remote Control
An in-line remote provides controls for Microsoft Teams, volume, call answer, redial, and mute.
