The Solar Heater/Blower Camera Enclosure protects cameras by using a low wattage heater "ring" that goes all the way around the camera (360 deg. Horizontal) and is affixed directly to the dome lens having 4 watts of direct heating. This allows the Solar version to keep the lens clear of fogging more efficiently. For actual operations of the camera at temperatures below 40�F we suggest upgrading to the Ring of Fire due to its de-icing and defrosting circuitry to remove ice and snow around the lens of the enclosure. And for actual operations of the camera at temperatures above 100�F we suggest upgrading to the CoolDome with its thermo-electric cooling system that actively reduce the inside temperature for up to 50�F from outside temperatures.
