DVDO CAT4K-40 Overview
Send video signal with resolutions up to 4K30 with the 4K30 HDMI Extender over Ethernet Tx/Rx Set from DVDO. Supporting YUV 4:4:4 and compliant with HDMI 1.4, HDCP 1.4, and DVI 1.0, the sturdy metal device carries uncompressed video via a single Cat 6 cable for distances up to 131' when using resolutions up 4K30 and 230' when sending 1080p signals. An HDMI loop output facilitates connectivity to a local display or cascading to other HDMI extenders. EDID copy functions are supported locally or remotely, and audio formats supported include PCM 7.1, Dolby True HD, and DTS HD. The set comes with a transmitter and receiver, which are designed to handle one-way PoC (Power over Cable), originating at the transmitter end.
