Evolution HDBaseT Slim Extender Set Overview
This EVEXHDB1 HDMI HDBaseT Slim Extender Set from Evolution transmits UHD 4K video and audio, along with RS-232 and bidirectional IR signals, up to 131' over a single Cat 5e/6 cable, and it can extend 1080p60 video to up to 230', all while using a high 10.2 Gb/s bandwidth. It features RS-232 pass-through for integration with third-party systems or for sending control signals to the connected display, and supports Power over Cable (PoC) technology, which allows either the transmitter or receiver to be powered without a separate power supply. Automatic EDID and EQ adjustments ensure seamless compatibility and optimal gain without manual intervention. The unit, which offers CEC support, is HDCP 2.2 compliant and it comes with a 12 VDC power supply and mounting hardware.
