The pull and fix system of the legs allow you to have two variable leg angles, one with a maximum height of 6.9" and the other with a minimum height of 4.9". Each individual leg can be moved independently to accommodate uneven terrain.
The detachable ball head has no visible ball or pan locks, instead all movements are controlled with the gear lock located at the bottom of head. The 9.35 oz tripod is designed to hold small DSLRs and mirrorless cameras that weight up to 6.6 lb, and cameras will mount to the head via its 1/4"-20 mount. To fit in your camera bag properly, the support folds to a compact 8.7".
