Description
The 2EDL05I06PFXUMA1 is an EiceDRIVER compact 600V half bridge gate drive IC in 8 pin DSO package. It has an individual control circuits for both outputs, filtered detection of under voltage supply and all inputs clamped by diodes. It also features off line gate clamping function, asymmetric undervoltage lockout thresholds for high side and low side, insensitivity of the bridge output to negative transient voltages up to -50V given by SOI-technology and ultra fast bootstrap diode. Typical applications include home appliances, consumer electronics, fans, pumps and general purpose drives.
