XMC7100D-F176K4160AA is a family of XMC7000 microcontroller targeted at industrial applications. XMC7100 has one or two Arm® Cortex®-M7 CPUs for primary processing and an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU for peripheral and security processing. This device contain embedded peripherals supporting the controller area networks with flexible data rate (CAN FD) and Ethernet. XMC7000 device is manufactured on an advanced 40-nm process. XMC7100 incorporates Infineon's low-power flash memory, and multiple high-performance analogue and digital peripherals, and enables the creation of a secure computing platform. Application includes industrial drives and robotics, EV-charging, electric two-wheeler, and programmable logic control (PLC).
