Nanuk 918 Overview
Store, transport, and protect your valuable gear from dirt, dust, moderate impact, and moisture with the orange Nanuk 918 6-Lens Case.
Built to an IP67 rating with a built-in purge valve, robust top handle, and an O-ring sealed beveled lid, the case is a safe and dependable way to store and transport lenses of just about any size including 8-15mm, 24-70mm, 24-105mm, 17-40mm, 17-55mm, and 100mm. The lens insert is made from precut, very low-abrasion closed-cell foam that can hold lenses either mount-up or mount-down based on your preference without scratching them. Each cavity has two removable foam discs to custom fit long or short focal length lenses and finger notches to safely and easily insert and remove your lenses.
Carry the 918 case with the top handle or with an optional shoulder strap. For security, the case has two reinforced holes to accommodate padlocks. Other design features include handle and lid stays, solid and reliable Powerclaw latches, and durable stainless steel hardware. The case is made of lightweight but tough impact-resistant NK-7 resin material with a 40 lb maximum buoyancy and is designed to be stackable. Its IP67 rating makes it waterproof and resistant to dust, while the purge valve ensures you'll be able to easily open the lid after a flight.

Great for Rokinon Cine DS lenses.
I have Rokinon's Cine DS 24mm, 35mm, and 50mm MFT mount lenses for my BMPCC 4K and a 24mm and 85mm EF mount for my Pocket 6K Pro, so I bought two different color Nanuk lens cases so I can keep the lenses separate and eventually build a full kit for each camera. The important thing to note is there are TWO LAYERS of foam in the lens cup. Leave one in for shorter lenses like the 50mm, but remove both for longer lenses like the 35mm, which measures at 6 with the MFT mount and lens cap on. A longer lens like the Rokinon 135mm would probably not fit, unfortunately. Overall, a solid case to protect your gear.

I now own four of these cases to protect & store my cameras, lenses and peripheral equipment. quality is excellent and their very tough! Well worth the investment for middle to high-end equipment.

I love Nanuk cases...I've bought the 904, 905, 909, two of the 935, and now, two 918 lens cases. I got them specifically for Rokinon Cine DS lenses and anyone saying they don't fit is absolutely wrong. The main cup is shallow. The center of each cup has been cut and needs to be removed to allow for longer lenses. And there are TWO layers like this. I removed one to accomodate the 50mm and had to remove two for the 24mm and 35mm. The only lens that may not fit or would be extremely snug would be the 135mm as it is 1/2 longer than the 35. Otherwise, you should have plenty of room. I also love the variety of colors available so I can designate one case for Canon and the other for MFT making it so much quicker to identify which case has what gear at a glance.
On the cusp of greatness
I love Nanuk cases and own several. I got this as a gift for my Milvus set as they deserve a good home. I was actually surprised that i was able to fit the entire set with lens hoods! I'm able to sink the 15,21,35,50,85,100. The 15 sticks out a bit but how could it not given the size. I suggest you surprise your glass and pick up this pre cut gem!

we use this for our Rokinon CINE DS lens kit..and a Canon 24-105..which is a bit of a tight fit because of the slight bulge where the AF/IS switches are. like our other Nanuk cases, the construction is top notch...and the custom cut insert is fine...as well as can be expected for something designed to work with a variety of lenses.

Great Case for Zeiss Batis and/or Voigtlander Lenses
I was frustrated that Zeiss makes a dedicated case for Otus and another for Loxia, but none for the Batis series. All five fit perfectly in this case by removing various perforated layers in each opening (the Batis 135 needs both layers removed). I also fits some of the larger Voigtlander for Sony lenses like the 64mm and 21mm F1.4. The foam is the hard type not the real spongy type so dust and foam fragments are not as much of an issue. I also like that the latches have a push-button then flip release instead of just a flip release. This prevents accidental opening. This is a very nice case and a ton cheaper than the Zeiss cases!
