Built for binocular astronomical observation as well as terrestrial glassing, the 15x70 Deluxe Binoculars from Oberwerk feature eyepieces that are threaded and accept 1.25" filters to enhance the view of celestial objects. They also come with an L-style adapter for a tripod, which will be necessary with a big optic like this.
Center focus makes the 15x70 Deluxe easy to use. Full antireflection broadband multicoating ensures crisp, high-contrast images. The waterproof metal housing is nitrogen-filled for fog resistance and wrapped in a slip-resistant rubber armoring for shock protection and a comfortable grip, and the aluminum-frame, foam-lined case protects the binoculars in transit and storage.
