The EncorePro 510 Mono Headset with Quick Disconnect from Polu is a lightweight headset that fits over your head that is compatible with PCs, desk phones, and mobile devices with Quick Disconnect (QD) technology. It works with Poly QD adapters, so you can walk away from your desk with just a click.
The 510 has been designed for use in customer care centers, help desks, tele-sales, and customer service centers where users will encounter the rigors of call-intensive environments. It features flexible and noise-canceling omnidirectional mic, which can also be adjusted using the visual and tactile microphone positioning guides. Wideband audio, up to 6800 Hz, helps deliver rich and clear audio and reduce listening fatigue, while SoundGuard technology helps protect against noise spikes above 118 dBA.
