The KoiBox-100W 4K Video Conferencing/Wireless Presentation System from QNAP is a core video conferencing and presentation system that provides 4K video delivery for conference rooms, business meetings, training sessions, and cloud meetings. The system provides the central system for cloud-based video collaboration using your preferred platform such as Microsoft Teams, YouTube, Facebook Live, Webex, Zoom, Meet, and more.
The system runs the KoiMeeter operating system and the conference box provides USB inputs and HDMI output to a keyboard, mouse, and monitor for the interface. It allows you to connect to your local network via Gigabit Ethernet or Wi-Fi for streaming video and communication. You can share mobile phone screens on the conference by connecting with a QR code and the KoiMeeter mobile app. The box also has an expansion 2.5" hard drive slot to add an optional SSD or hard drive to share and record meeting video, audio, and file data.

QNAP KOIBOX Reviews
Won't load and manufacturer support is nonexistent
We have not been able to boot into the KoiMeeter GUI since it was received last week. Instead, the system crashes and puts us into the Linux command line. A support ticket was opened with QNAP but they have yet to look at it. Their chat support is unmanned and tells us to open a support ticket. My company will be returning this device, we have no use for a broken product from a manufacturer who doesn't even seem to want to support it.
