Sescom SES-4XLR1M3F-CAT Overview
Save big on the costs of expensive XLR audio snakes and pair-down 4 cable channels into a single low profile run with the Sescom 4XLR1M3F-CAT 4 Channel Passive Balanced Audio Extender Over CAT5/6/7 - RJ45 To 1 Male & 3 Female XLR. This brilliantly simple solution allows you to convert 4 XLR channels to single RJ45 connection allowing balanced mic level, AES/EBU digital or DMX signals to be run over a single CAT5, CAT5e, CAT6 or CAT7 cable.
Run only the channels you need and even take advantage of the Sescom 4XLR1M3F-CAT versatility by mixing multiple signals types in the same setup. The 4XLR1M3F-CAT features three (3) female and one (1) male 3-pin XLR on a 12-inch fanout attached to a Neutrik etherCON RJ45 chassis connector that's housed in a rugged field box. Because it's passive, it can be plugged directly into analog or digital mixers, consoles, breakouts boxes and more. Pair the system to a Jackreel connectorized RJ45 cable reel and you have a fast field deploy system for gigs, live events and any remote production.
