This dual-band 802.11ac mesh Wi-fi system includes three modules, each of which can function as a router or satellite to deliver up to 300 Mb/s over the 2.4 GHz frequency band and 867 Mb/s on the 5 GHz band. Deco S4 modules can also be configured as access points for wired networks to add wireless connectivity. Covering up to 5500 square feet, this mesh system helps to eliminate Wi-Fi dead spots, delivering fast connections to up 100 devices for fast video streaming, internet browsing, and playing online games. If you need to increase your coverage area, all you have to do is add another Deco module. The system is compatible with all Deco models and the wireless network will operate using a single name and password. Your devices will automatically switch to the Deco with the strongest connection as you move throughout your home.
Each TP-Link Deco S4 module includes two Gigabit Ethernet ports that automatically sense whether they're connected to a WAN modem or LAN devices such as game consoles, smart TVs, and computers. You can set up and manage your wireless network through the Deco mobile app. The Deco system can also be paired with Amazon Alexa devices for convenient voice control.
