10.1" RoomPanel Plus Scheduling Hub from
Yealink is designed as a multi-function conference room scheduling device for Microsoft Teams that allows you to easily view details of your meeting schedules and reservations. It can be used on a tabletop or installed on the wall inside or outside your conference room using the included bracket. Optional mounting hardware can be utilized for mounting onto glass, wood, or concrete walls.
Motion Sensor Option
When paired with a RoomSensor, through conference meeting room digital signage the RoomPanel Plus can automatically update the room status and detect room occupancy, providing you with a smarter and more user-friendly meeting experience.
View Room Status
With the full-color side LED bars, you can easily see the availability of the meeting room from a distance. This feature enables your team and guests to quickly locate their designated rooms, simplifying the meeting scheduling process.
Choose your own Conferencing Provider
The RoomPanel Plus is designed for optimal operation with Microsoft Teams, and it is also compatible with most third-party scheduling UC providers and will continue to expand its compatibility with more providers in the future. When you start the device, you have the flexibility to select the UC provider of your choice and enjoy a native scheduling experience right away.
Easy Installation
The included mount bracket and cable management enable you to easily install the devices with just one cable. You have the flexibility to mount the RoomPanel Plus on the glass, wall, or concrete, or wood, depending on your specific space requirements.
Network Features
The panel features dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi support and Bluetooth for connecting with an optional RoomSensor. It also features RFID and NFC capabilities for use with third-party ID authorization for secure meetings. It can also integrate with optional facial recognition software for identity authorization.
Power Options
You can power the unit via Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) or via the included 12V power adapter.
