Most durable DJ headphones I've had!
These are durable headphones, what sold me is that cables are user replaceable, they twist and lock on, and you can have the cable come down on the left or right side. Just about everything's modular, if you want pads that cover your ears, you just swap them out, same with the drivers. Mind you these are designed for DJing, so they're loud and bassy, with strong isolation of outside sound. If you just want to listen to music, I'd suggest you get the other ones with different drivers and over the ear pads. You can also switch out the cable to one with a mic if you want to use it with your smart phone. I've had mine for a year, so far so good. Also I like the fact that they care about sourcing raw material sustainably. So despite their higher price, I figured I'm investing for quality and longevity!

I've been a DJ for 10+ years and have used many headphones from different brands over the years. I play in Miami at least 4-5 days a week so I needed something durable. After reading reviews I decided to give these a shot. I've now owned them for about 2 weeks. Things I like: - Packaging (You kinda have to build the headphones but I thought it was cool & real easy) - Sound quality (Sound is pretty good compared to some models from more established brands) - Firmness (I love the fact that it doesn't swivel & doesn't feel like they'll break easily) - Design (The design and finish they used looks clean and different) - Cord (Half-coiled cord is perfect) Things I don't like: - They should come with a small bag to put them in Other than that, I really like that they are on-the-ear headphones. I've mostly used over-the-ear headphones but I've realized these are much more comfortable (whether on my head or around my neck).
Great upgrade!!
I've had the TMA-1 Studios for nearly 10 years now so it was time to upgrade and these do not disappoint! More clarity in the upper mid-range and with the 'new' material for the ear cups the bass response is clean and accurate in a way that the precious model fell short. Now I just need to learn these some more to get the most out of them. I mostly use them to both mix and master and have already got great results! Delivery was uneventful as ever with . Thank you.
