LTC6994-2 is a programmable delay block/debouncer. This is a part of the TimerBlox® family of versatile silicon timing devices. A single resistor, RSET, programs an internal host oscillator frequency, setting the LTC6994-2's time base. The output (OUT) follows the input (IN) after delaying the rising and/or falling transitions. It also offers the ability to dynamically adjust the delay time via a separate control voltage. Typical applications are noise discriminators/pulse qualifiers, delay matching, switch debouncing, high vibration, high acceleration environments, portable and battery-powered equipment.
- Delay both transitions, and adds the option to invert the output
- Delay range from 1µs to 33.55seconds
- Configured with 1 to 3 resistors, CMOS output driver sources/sinks 20mA
- Delay accuracy is ±1.7% typical at NDIV >= 512
- Delay one or both rising/falling edges
- Operating supply voltage range from 2.25 to 5.5V at TA=25°C
- Supply current (idle) is 165µA typical at RL=�, RSET=50k, NDIV <= 64 V+=5.5V
- Output rise time is 1.1ns and output fall time is 1ns at V+=5.5V
- 6-lead plastic TSOT-23 package
- 0°C to 70°C temperature rating
