B-Grip EVO Overview
The B-Grip EVO Camera Belt Grip is an innovative mount for fastening a DSLR or small video camera to your person. Now you can transport your camera hands-free as you walk or run, without the swinging and jostling that camera straps permit. This is the successor to the original B-Grip; the EVO version features advanced materials, improved safety features, and extra slots for attaching additional straps.
The B-Grip EVO has slots that accept a belt (the included belt or most other belts) or a strap. Simply thread the belt or strap through the B-Grip mount, attach the quick release plate to your DSLR camera or compact camcorder, and easily connect the plate to the mount. You're suddenly able to keep both hands free as you move with your camera attached fast to your hip, ready for shooting with a flip of the quick release lever.
Add any accessories you want to the camera batteries, a flash, a long lens the B-Grip EVO is designed to support up to 17.6 lb safely.

B-Grip EVO Reviews
Makes me a one man band - Mounted my Zoom H6 recorder
I mounted my Zoom H6 recorder on this using a little right angle adapter, and it lets me be a one-man shooter. Holds up securely, and it is very well made. Here is a picture of it in action with the Zoom H6 mounted on it while filming elves and bad guys outside.
Strong, Reliable, Sturdy!
From the moment I put it on I felt safe trusting my most treasured tool attached to it on my hip. It has been constantly used since it arrived and is one of the most helpful pieces of kit I've ever purchased.
Sturdy Grip
My only wish is that the plate were a standard size so that it could be clipped into a tripod without changing plates. I realize it would have to be for specific brand tripod but this would be very helpful. The mechanism is well designed but I would feel more secure if it were metal for longer and heavier lenses. The plastic "lock" mechanism for the tripod screw seems to work but I wonder about how long it will last.
Actually surprised how much I like it
A few years ago I started to use one of the camera straps that hang the camera by your side. I love that strap! But with a big chunk of glass even these start to be tiring after a day with the camera by my side. So I saw this on sale and decided to test it. I was amazed how much I like it. It might just become my default carrying method. I'm a little anxious about not having the camera tethered to me, once it's released, but I'll have to use it more to give it my final blessing. Perhaps the thing I like most is the ability to invert the camera and change lens, when you don't have a work surface. It took just a couple of minutes the get it adjusted and the belt secured and tidy, but once it's properly adjusted it's very comfortable.? (note for body size, I'm not big, with a 30 inch waist, so there's enough extra belt to fit a second person with me inside the belt. It's plenty big)
Sturdy and hefty
Used to go bike birding, not enough hands to handle ?bike, binoculars and camera... very snug and heavy duty thickness on the belt, buckle feels secure and tight. it keeps camera close to the hip while riding the bike or hiking ,eliminate the wiggling. Good Italian design, andiamo....
Secure
holds camera snuggly and safely
Awesome to hold audio recorder!
I got this to support an audio recorder around the waist, specifically the Zoom H4N, and this is an incredible product for this purpose. I understand it may not be the most convenient thing for this purpose as you cant see the levels when its attached to your waist but so what, you can get over it. Id rather have the recorder attached to a belt than have it dangling around my neck. So definitely an item worth considering for that purpose.
Mixed feelings with heavy gear
I used it once for sport photography. The weight of D800, with grip, and 70-200 lens was a bit too much. I'd normally use a longer lens for sports and bout that it would be useful. I imagine it would be good for travel and street photography if looking awkward doesn't bother you.? All considered, I would recommend it
