Bubblebee Industries BBI-LC-B3 Overview
The six-pack Lav Concealer for Countryman B3 from Bubblebee Industries features three black and three white lavalier concealers, along with all their accessories. Altogether, you get six concealers, six clothing clips, six fabric guards, six extreme fabric guards, and 36 pieces of concealer tape�for use with the Countryman B3 lavalier mic.
Bubblebee Industries Lav Concealer for Countryman B3 (Black)
The black Bubblebee Industries Lav Concealer for Countryman B3 is for mounting the Countryman B3 lavalier microphone (available separately) on the body and inside clothing or costumes. This soft, pliable rubber mount can be used to affix the mic to surfaces while also acting as a shockmount and protecting the microphone capsule from vibrations and friction�making for better sound recordings. In addition, the Lav Concealer for Countryman B3 includes a metal clothing clip, a wire fabric guard, an extreme wire fabric guard for course fabrics, and six pieces of hypoallergenic Lav Concealer Tape.
Keeps material away from the B3 capsule in tight spaces under or in clothing, protecting the mic from friction noise and vibrations.
Uses a molded rubber compound made for vibration and friction absorption.
Available in a matte black or a matte white finish. The matte finish is non-reflective for discrete hiding.
The removable wire fabric guard keeps fabric from touching the capsule. The combination of wire and rubber materials act as excellent friction absorption, cutting any transmission of friction to the mic capsule.
Also included is the Extreme Fabric Guard. It moves the point of contact between the fabric and the guard to a more central position over the body of the Lav Concealer . This can be used when the subject is wearing clothing made from a particularly coarse or noisy material. Both fabric guards can be used together in lieu of the clothing clip.
