GOAL ZERO 44260 Overview
Capture solar energy and store it to power devices with this Guide 12 Power Pack and Nomad 5 Solar Panel Kit from Goal Zero. The Guide 12 power pack can be charged by the Nomad 5 solar panel, and in turn used to charge phones or other small electronics. It consists of four AA batteries that can also be removed and used in devices like flashlights or remotes, and is equipped with a 100mW LED flashlight. Its 2500mAh capacity is enough to charge a typical smartphone once and a POV camera or headlamp 2.5 times, and can give your tablet a 25% boost. The Guide 12 has a USB Type-C input from the solar panel and a 5V, 1A USB Type-A output. It will charge in eight hours from the solar panel or four hours from a USB source.
Measuring 9.5 x 7.0 x 1.1" and weighing 12.7 ounces, the Nomad 5 solar panel generates up to five watts of power under peak conditions. It comes with a built-in kickstand for optimal positioning.
