Featuring an American-made 70/30 beamsplitter glass, each prompter accepts a variety of cameras, thanks to six different camera mounts, and enable both the interviewer and interviewee to look directly down the lens while only viewing the image of one another. Documentary filmmakers looking to achieve the Errol Morris effect can appreciate the monitors' reasonable size for increased portability. Images displayed on the monitors can be viewed from up to 20' away.
The two teleprompters support both vertical and horizontal image flipping for other applications such as on-location standups or live broadcasts.
