Kupo TV Coupler Overview
Built for heavy-duty lighting equipment, the silver
Kupo TV Coupler is designed for use with a 2" pipe. It features both a 1 1/8" receiver and a 5/8" spigot with an integrated 3/8"-16 thread. Included is a safety pin tethered by a steel cable in order to secure the junior pins of larger fixtures.
The TV Coupler from Kupo translates the utility of a combo stand into a versatile grid clamp profile. Major components of the coupler are constructed with diecast aluminum while the high-tensile extruded aluminum clamp affixes to 2" (48-51mm) pipe and truss. Kupo has proudly stamped a TUV certification on the coupler to certify it has undergone rigorous testing. The 1 1/8" receiver accepts heavy duty lights up to an impressive 660 lb. An attached safety bolt slides through the junior pins, and an integrated ring flips over the pin to firmly prevent accidental slips. There are three available ports for the junior receiver's lockdown bolt for maximum flexibility. Pull a spring-loaded knob to release a 5/8" baby pin equipped with a 3/8"-16 male thread and is able to safely hold gear up to 88 lb.
