- GainCast preamp: To compensate for the low output levels common to this style of dynamic mic, the UM6 has a built-in preamp that provides +25 dB of clean gain when using the XLR output. This allows you to use it with a wide range of audio interfaces and mixer preamps without the need for an additional inline preamp.
- Onboard controls: The onboard controls allow you to control EQ, gain, muting, monitoring, and more from the easy-to-use touch interface.
- Headphone jack: A 3.5mm headphone jack provides a convenient monitoring solution directly from the microphone.
Comprehensive Accessories
- The UM6 includes all the accessories you need to plug in and get started creating content right out of the box. A foam windscreen is supplied that fits snugly over the mic grille to help reduce plosives and vocal pops.
- In addition, a USB-C to USB-C cable, a USB-C to USB-A cable, and an XLR cable are also provided, allowing to connect both digital and analog inputs.
