Compatible with Plus III, MultiMAX II, later PocketWizard radios, Sony cameras like the a7R III and others with a Sony Multi/micro-USB terminal, the Remote Trigger Cable for Sony from PocketWizard permits owners to remotely trigger their Sony cameras, while it also lets the photographer control the half-press function. The 3' cable has a 1/8" stereo miniphone connection at one end and Sony's Multi/micro-USB attachment at the other.

What can I say, sometimes these things just go bad and need replaced. Not many options out there besides these that work consistently.
Does the job!
I am using it with PW Plus II and A6500. It doesnt support half-press but it works properly when camera settings are set correctly.
not synchronize at all
the pocket wizard III works fine from the hot-shoe but as soon as i take it off the hotshoe and use this cable only, the strobes flash too early before the camera takes the photo, useless cable :(
Doesn�t work with Plus X pocket wizard
Apparently will only work with Plus iii pocket wizard. The Plus X freezes up on this trigger and the camera won�t shoot
