This Remote Audio accessory "Y" cable is designed for use with the Sound Devices 442 field mixer and features a TA3-Female and two 3-pin XLR male connections. The cable allows the stereo Mix Out / Tape Out connection on the 442 to be used as a secondary stereo output with XLR connections.

Perfect for 302 SD
I use this with SD 302 to make it more versatile. Perfect to conect with cameras and other devices.
Just what I needed!
I needed a cable to go from the TA3 mic out on my MixPre-D to my Zoom H4N. A nice short cable, and now I can still use the other XLR outs from my MixPre-D, to go to my camera.

Exactly what I needed!
I got a last minute call from a client wanting to record production audio to my Zoom H4. This worked perfectly and so much easier than using XLR's. I can use with my SD 442 and 302.
Not long enough
The cable was great quality but it wasn't long enough to fit in my bag.
If you own a 302, you should have this
Allows you to send audio from your 302 to a 2nd camera/recorder. Looks well made like most of Remote Audio products.
Perfect for my recording need
Work perfect out of my Sound Devices 302 to a zoom H4n. Can be a little more long but fit perfect in my bag.
