The +0.25 138mm/37mm Close-Up Donut Diopter from Revar Cine uses high-quality Schott BK7 glass that has an index similar to your lens elements. This unique close-up lens is made from the same high-quality glass as round drop-in close-up lenses, and it can be quickly and easily inserted in a matte box. With a precision center hole, it allows the exact placement of the center hole in your frame when switching strengths. It is useful for quickly getting the right shot with a variety of lenses that have different focal lengths, including large-diameter prime lenses and zoom lenses.
