The SHAPE Complete Solution for Canon C500 Mark II outfits your camera with a full production package that allows you to add accessories and improve handheld functionality, and it includes both a follow focus unit and rod-mounted matte box. The kit includes the SHAPE C500 cage, REVOLT baseplate, top plate, left-side handgrip, push-button viewfinder mount, Follow Focus Pro, 4 x 5.6" rod-mounted matte box, and a long top handle. This setup protects your Canon EOS C500 Mark II and allows you to add accessories without stressing your camera's body. The components are made out of anodized CNC-machined aluminum, and they feature multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes.

The top plate incorporates 15mm rod clamps that allow you to mount the included 4" long 15mm rods. The included follow focus unit snaps onto the rods and features an adjustable arm for proper positioning of the focus drive gear. The focus knob incorporates a standard socket for attaching accessories such as whips or cranks. The long top handle provides numerous 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded mounting holes with anti-twist divots, and it runs the length of the camera and curls down the back. This protects the camera and adds additional grip and mounting points.

The SHAPE Push-Button Viewfinder Mount   for   Canon C500 Mark II  mounts onto the SHAPE Top Handle that comes in a variety of SHAPE kits (not included). It provides you with a 15mm mounting rod, for side-to-side adjustment, and a push-button articulation point that turns your viewfinder into a horizontal flip-out viewfinder. The Viewfinder Mount also incorporates two additional points of push-button 360° articulation and a squared rod with spring-loaded locking lever that work in conjunction to adjust the height and orientation of your viewfinder, allowing you to place the viewfinder just where you need it.

The SHAPE Follow Focus Pro mounts on 15mm rods and features an adjustable arm which puts the gear at the optimal position for the lens, no matter what the diameter is. The unit snaps onto 15mm rods, allowing for quick attachment, removal, and re-positioning. Two 0.8 pitch gears come included and give you a choice of either 28 teeth or 43 teeth - depending on the throw distance of the lens. Additional features include two adjustable hard stops, removable marking disc, and an industry standard accessory port for using optional whips and cranks.

The 2-Stage 4 x 5.6" Matte Box from SHAPE can be used as a clip-on matte box or can be mounted on industry-standard 15mm rod system. It is designed for light control, insertion, and adjustment of filters. It features a two-stage rotating 4 x 5.6" filter holder. The matte box accepts lenses with a front diameter up to 114mm. It comes with six step-down rings that allow you to fit lenses with an outer diameter of 52, 58, 62, 67, 72, 77, and 82mm as well.
