Steadicam G-70x² Stabilizer Arm

Facilitate smooth and intuitive camera movements with the improved G-70x² Stabilizer Arm from Steadicam. The arm is configured to ensure intuitive camera stabilization and features an upgraded twist-resistant core design with patented geo-spring technology, a rigid pivoting steel socket block, a multi-position kickback link, and a sleeker low-profile design. The G-70x² can accommodate 13 to 70 lb and has a boom range of 29".

Easier Iso-Elastic Tuning

A twist-resistant core design adds strength, enhanced stability, and durability to the G-70x² arm design. Iso-elastic performance and geo-spring geometry increase the reliability of the arm's design and decrease setup time.

Dual-Bearing Mounted 3/4" Arm Post

The G-70x² has a dual-bearing mounted 3/4" arm post that does not require tools to adjust its rotational locking and drag control. This makes for quick adjustments even when changing between posts.

Rigid Pivoting Steel Socket Block

A new rigid pivoting steel socket block eliminates any flexing that might happen with traditional rod ends for more precise positioning. This is also toolless for faster setup and on-the-fly adjustments without needing to remove the arm. It also prevents the operator from over-extending the rod ends.

Multi-Position Kickback Link

The kickback link gets the arm further out of the way when the sled crosses in front of the operator's body and now features multi-position adjustment when front or back-mounted.

Sleeker Design

A low-profile design makes the G-70x² sleeker for less intrusive operator movements. This makes Steadicam movements smoother due to low-friction pivot point bearings, updated arm bumper design, and other ergonomic improvements.
