The microSD card Swissbit iShield camera is a simple and retrofittable security solution especially for the encryption and access protection of video and photo recordings. It is host-independent, i.e. plug-and-play and can be used with a large number of camera types. The solution also includes the "iShield Camera Card Tool" (iCCT) software. Thanks to the plug-and-play approach, iShield Camera can be easily integrated into existing systems. This allows manufacturers and users of drones, body cameras or dash cams to add an additional security feature to their models, specifically preventing unauthorized access to sensitive camera data or ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
