Vinten 3880-3 Two-Stage Aluminum Pozi-Loc EFP Tripod with Versine 360 Fluid Head & Mid-Level Spreader

The head features a sliding quick release plate capable of supporting heavy loads and with a balancing range of 4.9". Secure your rig to the fluid head using the integrated 3/8"-16 screws.

A continuous counterbalance helps stabilize most loads, and Thin Film drag allows for precise control at any speed. The head has a multi-standard base with a 4-bolt flat base, Quickfix, 100mm, and 150mm bowl compatibility. Four mounting rosettes allow you to attach the included telescopic pan handle or accessory arm to either side of the fluid head. An illuminated bubble level ensures your rig remains level.

With its superior stability and durability, this tripod supports up to 220 lb, and it is the ideal choice for professional camera shoots, in particular cases involving longer lenses and larger viewfinders. This tripod is also available as a complete kit with the Vision 250 head and other components.

Highlighting this tripod is Vinten's unique Pozi-Loc mechanism, an innovative cam-operated clamping system that offers easy 90° on-to-off turning while providing a visual indication that the tripod is securely fastened. This tripod offers an adjustable height from a maximum of 61.9" to a minimum of 20.5" (with an optional spreader). The tripod accepts either a floor or mid-level spreader as an option. Also available separately are a set of three anti-skid rubber feet that can be used as an alternative to the tripod's native spiked feet, for greater stability on wet or glossy floors.

The Broadcast Telescopic Pan Bar from Vinten works with most tripod systems to facilitate smooth pan and tilt motions with your fluid head. The bar secures to your fluid head via a rosette and is backwards compatible with Vision pan bar rosettes. It extends to cover a length range of 10.8 to 16.3", making it ideal for zoom and focus control configurations.

The 3781-3 Spread-Loc Mid-Level Spreader with Rubber Feet from Vinten is a fully adjustable, geared mid-level spreader controlled by a single-lock knob. The arms are individually extendable to provide a large spreader radius and facilitate use on uneven ground. The Spread-Loc spreader may be installed on any tripod with Spread-Loc attachment points. It fits all Pozi-Loc 75, 100, and 150mm bowl tripods and Torque-Safe ENG tripods (from October 2001).

This Wheeled Soft Case from Vinten is designed to protect your EFP tripod system during storage and transport. It has a padded interior, a heavy-duty zipper, and a clear document pocket on the lid exterior. Two flush-mounted wheels make transport easy, even through narrow spaces.

The 37.8 x 9.4 x 9.4" interior accommodates select Versine or Vision tripod systems.
