The two 2.5G Ethernet ports can provide up to 60W of PoE++ power to compatible devices while the remaining eight 1G Ethernet ports support 30W each with a total power budget of 480W. Additionally, dual SFP+ slots and two RJ45 ports are available for 10 Gb/s uplink connections to compatible devices.

This rack mountable switch also supports true stacking, which allows you to link up to four compatible switches together and manage them as a single logical unit. The HPE Networking Instant On 1960 is designed with a 116 Gb/s switching capacity and 172 Mpps forwarding rate, and managed via a web GUI, a cloud interface, or mobile app.
